This alligator is made of cinnamon bread and has cinnamon roll legs/feet. He's one of the best - if not the best - alligator I've ever made. I used my trusted blended recipe (my own concoction of a few great bread recipes I've met over the years) (which I will write down some day...) but I added more sugar and butter.  mmmmmmmm
Every flour creates a different taste, and a different kind of alligator. In this case I chose well by using the "Nutri™ Flour Blend" from Robin Hood. I just like that flour - it's great for bread, has a wonderful sweet wheat flavour, with good texture. It went well with the cinnamon - without having to add heaps of sugar or any kind of icing (which Hannah doesn't like on cinnamon rolls).

 He reminds me of a toy on wheels. :)
