Alligator Bread

There have been many recipes and flours over the years, many alligators, some better than others - used as center pieces, gifts, for fun. There have been small individual alligators, big fat ones, flopped ones, (burned ones)... Each one is different in flavour and, ...personality. 

I often imagine them sitting in the window of the Boudin Bakery. :)
